What should I bring with me to class?
Here’s a go-to list of what you should bring along:
- A water bottle (non-glass) to stay hydrated
- A small towel
- Pilates grip socks if you have them; if not, we have you covered with a variety available for purchase in the studio at $22.95. (Grip socks are compulsory to B. Reformer Pilates)
- If you're bringing your phone, please remember to switch it to silent mode during class and place it away with your belongings for the duration of class.
What time should I arrive?
All our classes start on time, so please arrive 15 minutes early to check in with your instructor and get yourself set up for class.
We understand that sometimes running late is unavoidable. However, we have a strict door lock policy once class starts. If you are more than 5 minutes late, you will not be able to join the class. This is for several important reasons:
• It’s a safety precaution for yourself, as you will have missed the warm-up and class introduction.
• It’s disruptive to other clients who are already participating.
• Our insurance does not cover any incidents if you haven’t completed the warm-up.
If you are late, it will be considered a “no show,” and you will forfeit your pass. For clients on Weekly memberships (B. Direct) a no show fee will be charged.
What to do if I need to cancel my class? (Cancellation Policy)
The moment you know you can't make it we kindly ask you jump on your B. Reformer app and cancel your class.
We have a strict 6 hour cancellation policy at B. Reformer Pilates Studio.
You are welcome to change your class schedule around as much as you need prior to the 6 hour window of your class commencement time.
A cancellation made within 6 hour of your booked class will result in your session being deducted as a “late cancellation.”
A “no show” is considered a late cancellation. Your class will be forfeited for not showing up to class.
Please be considerate to other B. Reformer community members and late cancel as soon as you know you cannot attend to give another member the opportunity to join the class.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept cancellations by phone, email, or any other method other than by using the online booking system or your B. Reformer app.
If you do need to cancel a class, the following fee structure will apply:
Early cancel: If you can no longer make it to your class and you cancel your booking a minimum of 6 hours before the scheduled start time, you won’t forfeit the session, or pay a fee.
Late cancel: Change of plans? If you cancel within 6 hours of the class start time, unfortunately you will forfeit the session, and weekly B. Direct members will be charged a cancellation fee of $5.
No-show: If you don’t cancel your class prior to the start time, and do not attend, you will forfeit your session and weekly B. Direct members charged a $10 no show fee.
