Private 1:1 Reformer
Our Private sessions are completely tailored to you. Experience the precision and depth of traditional Reformer Pilates with undivided attention from your instructor. Perfect for beginners wanting to build confidence, clients managing injuries, dancers, or anyone looking to refine their technique and deepen their understanding of the method. Every session is customised to meet your goals and your body’s needs.

Semi Private 2:1
Train alongside a partner or friend and enjoy a shared yet highly individualised session. With only two clients per instructor, you’ll receive focused guidance while benefiting from the motivation and energy of working together. Ideal for those who value connection and accountability while still progressing with confidence under expert supervision.

Semi Private 3:1
Small-group reformer training with a personal touch. With a maximum of three clients, each participant receives tailored instruction to suit their level and goals. Perfect for those ready to build skill and strength in a supportive, community-focused environment, where every move is mindful and every body is seen.
13-21 year olds
Dancer & Student Rates
We believe in supporting the next generation of movers. Reduced rates are available for dancers and students passionate about refining their technique, improving alignment, and developing body awareness through traditional Reformer Pilates. Build strength, control, and grace that supports your studies and performance.
Mums + Bubs Reformer Pilates
Baby & B.
A nurturing space for new mums to rebuild strength, reconnect with their core, and move with confidence,- all while keeping baby close. These gentle reformer sessions focus on postnatal recovery, stability, and energy restoration. Babies are welcome in the studio, and every class is paced to support your unique postpartum journey.
